Mount Rundle is an installation project based on a topigraphical map of the majestic mountain. The project was developed to open participation up to a broader audience and challenge people from the community to invest in the work. Reaching out through local newspaper ads, people were asked to save their empty toilet paper rolls and drop them off at the gallery. In three short months more than 14000 empty toilet paper rolls were contributed to the project.
At the close of the exhibition the work was dismantled and the empty toilet paper rolls were donated to a local school for use in the artroom.
